"These people have been in business too long to paint toes like this. I’ve tried working with this nail salon because it’s down the street from me but I’m going back to Milano nail spa where yes it’s expensive but they give u the princess treatment. The male nail owner sits on his phone all day and is rude and the woman nail owner service has gone way down hill. Today the water was too hot and she didn’t even apologize after I told her it was burning my feet then when I told her to paint my nails even she ignored. I happily paid for the terrible service and left without getting my full set. They need to go ahead and retire BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE about giving you the best service. Maybe they don’t need the money but I will never go back to that place."

"****The 1 star reviews are very accurate! Today, During my break, I decided to visit a nearby nail shop for a pedicure. As I entered, I was asked to choose a nail color. However, I couldn't help but notice that the bottles of polish appeared a bit outdated. Wanting to make the best choice, I picked up one of the bottles and gave it a gentle shake. The cap unexpectedly came off, causing polish to land on the floor. I apologized for the mishap. Unfortunately, the male person working at the shop didn't handle the situation with grace. In an impolite tone, he insisted that I leave and find another place to go. “you gots to go! Get out! You got to go somewhere else! I don’t want you in here” He was very rude!! I strongly urge you to save your precious time and hard-earned money by exploring other nail salons that will provide a more welcoming and satisfactory experience."

"My mother and daughter came in to get nails done. My mother got up to use the restroom the male salon tech cursed my mother and told her to get out for no reason. She was not disrespectful and only needed to use the restroom. We will never patronize this business ever again"

"Love it here, this is the only place I go to get my nails done now. I recently had a set on for 5 weeks without a fill (I had to go out of state & just didn't have time to get them done until I got home), they didn't break or chip off even without the fill. I definitely recommend kayla nails."
