"Cindy is not straight forward at all. This lady act like she got a problem with me for NO reason what so ever. But here’s the reason I think she have a problem with me Lol ever since she messed my nails up and Amy fixed them for me. So now when I go there I ask for Amy. Instead of telling me not to come to her place of business anymore she keep telling me Amy is not there. Even though she’s really not there bc I can see for myself when I’m in there. But here’s the thing she tell me Amy will be there on a certain day but when I go there there’s no Amy and it’s the same thing Amy will be here next week etc on top of her dry energy speaking in her native language to her workers. I don’t have time or gas to waste for this non sense. If you reading this all I wanted was my nails done. Can’t get mad at me bc you did a botched job and Amy fixed it and won my service. If anything you shld know it’s all business. Your in business yourself! I do feel targeted and discriminated against. You should be careful how you treat people you have no idea the influence or the impact that person have on others and it can greatly affect your business altogether."

"Cindy was really nice as well as the other staff I encountered. My nails turned out incredible, but the salon wasn’t really clean. I noticed a lot of towels and tools being reused before being cleaned or sanitized in anyway."

"The worst nail salon and customer service! Charge me more and hurt me. They gave me a lower price over the phone and when I got there told me a different price and then proceeded to charge me $20 more at check out. The owner was in a hurry to get to the next customer and was not paying attention and hurt me while polishing the powder, not once but twice. They also left my nails bulky and the lines of the French tip are messed up, nails are not all the same length. They are just interested in getting paid and overcharge instead of providing good customer service so customers come back. I am never coming here again!"
