"I walked in and informed the receptionist I wanted a pedi and my 2 daughters needed full sets. No one was waiting aside from us it was empty aside from 3 ladies who were already being taken care of. My only complaint is the customer service I was sitting for my pedi and one of my daughters was called by the nail tech who finished her last client. Well 2 ladies walked in and the next free nail tech/receptionist skips over my daughter and calls one of the ladies. I speak up as she was sitting there about 25 mins already and she says oh well I thought you said you and 1 and said no it was both as I even gave specific instructions on what they would be getting and no extra add on's. She looked annoyed and began speaking vietnamese one can only assume it was trash talk. This place used to be great but it seems to have gone down especially in customer service. I miss the eyebrow lady Lucy as well she no longer works there. I hope with this review the owners will understand customer services goes along way."

"They did a great job and did not rush to get my nails done.. And they introduced me to Dip for nails it's like shellac and powder all in one and looks great and feels so natural. And you only have to go once a month instead of 2 times a month and they are really strong nails. I'm most definitely going back there.."
