"Great nail salon! I come in once a month for a pedicure. Cindy always takes good care of me. It’s a small & cozy atmosphere. It’s a nice, quiet, and relaxing experience. She is very personable and kind."

"If I could have given no stars I would have. I came here for a basic $5 polish maybe $7, with a French Tip. My nails are uneven and my polish is not done correctly. I was ok with it because I only needed it for one day. However, when I asked the total it was $12. Like seriously? $12 for a French Tip polish, no manicure no tips? She said it's normally $13, but she took a dollar off. I'm used to going to E-nails or U-nails where it is $9. They will cut your nails even and apply the French tip polish for $9 total. Never will I ever return back to this facility. I didn't leave a tip because I felt as if they tried to include their tip in the price and rip me off. A few dollars more and I could've gotten a full set. Waste of money and time."

"Cindy does a great job on my nails. She talked me into trying oval nails which I never liked until she did them. They look very natural. Sometimes I have to use my hands a lot in my work and she suggested that I go back to rounded square. She takes these things into account to help my hands always look nice. She takes her time, so it is best to make an appointment and don't expect her to rush. For me, it is worth it and I respect when she has other customers."

"Cindy has done my nails twice, and so far I really like the job she does. She takes her time to make sure you like the job. Other places give me wide nails. Cindy makes my hands look feminine."

"Solar full set was priced at 30$... I asked for a full set, whole nail one color (solar). I started telling her how I went to JK and did my nails for my wedding... she then asked what I paid there and said " yeah thats why alot of people come here" blah blah. Long story short, when it was time to pay I asked how much and she said 40$ ! Not to mention she did my nails the way she prefered which also had an issue with one in a little over a week. I asked "what 40$ ?.. thats not what you guys have up there" she then quickly had an attitude and snapped at me and said "Well you didnt ask me" So i said "uhhh okay" and paid anyways. she then said "You pay that at JK right?" seriously.. your customer service was NO WHERE near JK Nails lady. VERY POOR SERVICE would never ever go back!"
