"Most painful pedicure I’ve ever gotten!! My cuticles got cut up and so did the top of my foot because for some reason the woman that did them used the tool for the bottom of the foot on the top of my foot. Took these pics the next day and you can visibly see all the cuts on my foot and cuticle. She did good on the design I wanted but I would not come back here to be honest."

"HORRIBLE service overall!!! I went to get my dip powder nails refilled as they’d grown out. I called ahead to confirm they could do it and they said yes. However, when I arrived the lady who took me said they don’t do refills and that no place in Houston does (this isn’t true). She said I’d have to take off and redo the whole manicure. When she started doing my nails, she left one tip very jagged on the edge and it was getting stuck to the towel. I asked her if she could just file it down a little and she became extremely irritable and rude with me. She said she would fix it at the end, and berated me, saying “I’ve been doing nails for 30 years, I know what I’m doing more than you do.” At the end, she had left a gaping hole in one of the nails that hadn’t been filled properly with the dip powder, and I had to ask her to redo that nail completely. There are plenty of better places in the Rice U area, don’t waste your time on this one."
