"The girl that did my lashes didn't put them on right. Put a lot of glue. Took way to long and they one side came up before I even went out. She did my eyebrows too. Didn't clean them up good. Not worth my money and won't be going back. Btw I was going to go back that day but they closed at 530 on a Saturday."

"No foot message with the pedi. Asked for menu and had no discrimination of what to expect . Basically cleaned up the nails, one undercoat, and one color. No top coat. Too many other good places to go. I would skip this one"

"I just walked in about two minutes ago and as soon as ai walked in the empty place I was not welcome. But I'm in a time crunch so I asked for a manicure and the woman Mary who didn't greet me at the door didn't say hello or anything told me she didn't do that I asked if they do gel cause she didn't give me any other alternatives and she said kept repeating manicure, manicure . but I see looking at other peoples pictures as they do regular gel manicures and pedicures. There was only one customer and several nail techs just sitting around.very rude, very cold. Not inviting at all."

"I really wanted to love this place. It’s honestly one of the cleanest, nicest environments I’ve been to in a nail salon. Relaxing, and doesn’t feel cheap or dirty or rushed. Love that. My mom and I walked in and they got us seated immediately in the pedicure chairs. They had plenty of professional staff there to take care of us on a Saturday morning, with no wait. They’re all wearing white coats that made it feel clean and sanitary. However, wasn’t the best service as far as our nails went. I got a mani/pedi. They did the manicure while I was sitting in the pedicure chair—I thought that was nice until I was having to stretch my left arm over to her to paint my nails. All she did was soak my nails, trim/file and put the polish on. No lotion, no massage .. I thought those were standard with a manicure? The pedicure was okay. They didn’t turn my massage chair on so I did it myself .. no big deal. But the leg and foot massage (which to me is one of the best parts of a pedicure) was super fast and light. I’ve had other pedicures where they do a foot/leg scrub, warm wax, long massage. There were no posters stating prices or services so maybe we just got the cheapest pedicures and manicures they do? Not sure since they never gave us anything to let us know what prices and services they offered. My mom and I happened to pick polishes that were $3 extra. OPI shine or something?? But they informed us of that before placing the polish and brought similar shades in the regular polish just in case we didn’t want to pay the extra amount. So we chose the regular shades. All in all it wasn’t a horrible experience but there are a few small changes they could make that would add a lot of value to the customer and keep them coming back. I would suggest a little more time given to massages for pedicures and manicures, a poster stating services and prices. Maybe a cup of cold water? Just small things that make your experience more enjoyable. Our pedicures were $27 each. Picture of my mani/pedi one week later—lasted a long time considering I swam a few times and have kids I am cleaning up after."
