"Been coming in for 7 years but I’m definitely not coming back. Since owners changed, this place is a mess and unorganized. So disappointed from the new owner. Waited 45 min and was skipped by someone who called then I was told to come back the next day."

"The lady barely scrub my feet and when I asked her why my feet looked the same way as I came in she said because I only paid for regular pedicure. I needed to pay 5 dollars for her scrub my feet completely. In addition, I felt discriminated against because after the nail tech finished painting my toes she immediately grabbed my belongings and wanted me to get up and leave. I told her I wanted to wait until the paint dried on my toes. She then grabs my purse and tells me to pay now and I told here no, I will pay when I am leaving. Problem at hand was when I arrived, there was a Caucasian who lady whose toes were done upon my arrival. She sat in the massage chair for atleast half of my pedicure session. She was privileged enough to pay when she felt like it which was when she left. I came here out of convenience, and this is the price I paid."

"Nail tech got mad I guess for me asking her to do under my toes. It’s a skip for me. All that speaking back and forward rudely. Also compared to most pedicures it doesn’t compare close to what they do. Nail tech didn’t want to let me wash my hands. Bad experience. Never will I ever waste money on myself spending with people with bad customer service."

"I was going to Disney World this summer for the first time ever and asked for a specific style I had seen online. I think they did a great job and I received tons of compliments."
