"Tena was on vacation; so Tammy and Cindy serviced me. During my visit I received a basic Mani and Pedi. Cindy took care of me and took her time doing my pedicure. Tammy on the other hand rushed. She didn't take her time polishing my nails and messed up quite a few times. Next time I'm just going to wait for Tena to come back. (Well that was lesson learned on my end)"
"They don’t do refills good!! If your getting a full sets nails look awesome!! Customer service is half and half. I came in to show them a fracture point in my nail after getting them done the DAY BEFORE!! TOLD ME ITS MY PROBLEM; I have to pay. They need more training on doing refills!! And better customer service!!"
