"If i could give 0 stars I would. After getting a new set, the acrylic nails were partially bonded to my actual nail, so much that there were visible gaps in between the two. All they did to “fix” it was put glue all over my fingers. They have uncertified workers doing nails there, and don’t even offer a discount or refund for the mistakes they make. I was told “Well, she didn’t bond the nail right so you will have to wait till you get a refill.” No level of customer service considering a SHORT set cost basically $60. Never again."

"When you go here, you absolutely MUST request Jaycee!! I called 35 minutes before the closed on a Thursday evening, stating I was 5 minutes away, and asked if there was any way they had time for an acrylic set (they close at 7:30pm). I was told they could see me, and was seated immediately upon arrival. I haven't gotten a manicure at a salon in probably 2 years, so when they asked if I wanted acrylic or dip, I told them I didn't know the difference, but pulled up a photo of what I wanted them to look like. She decided dip would be best for me. Jaycee offered me a beverage and then got to work. Her attention to detail was impeccable; checking every nail at each step to make sure the shape, length, thickness, and color were perfect. I thought I had picked a classic and simple design, an almond-shaped, thin, French tip, but soon realized that it's much more difficult to achieve than expected. Still, she did not rush a single part of the process, even as other coworkers were leaving. She even explained to me the layering process and which colors she would layer to achieve the most natural look. We finished around 8:30pm (an hour after they closed). My total for the tips, shape, and design was only $60, and they have a rewards program that you can sign up for with your phone number. I work as a Marketing Coordinator for a local facial spa, and am frequently filming for social media and hosting events, so making sure my nails look "picture perfect" is of utmost importance. Truly, Jaycee is an angel and I cannot wait to go back and see her!! I honestly feel as though I could sit in that chair and tell her to do whatever she wanted and trust they would turn out fantastic✨"
