"I will not be back I came just to get my eyebrows done. When I first came in there wasn’t a greeting until I stood there for 2min, one of the nails techs asked what service I said eyebrows and no one said anything for another 4mins the lady who was on the phone when I came in made eye contact with me I said eyebrows again then with no direction she just started walking to the back I just followed her she was still distracted on the phone. She was putting extremely hot wax on my face and I said so she just apologized but didn’t seem to slow down to let it cool, when pulling the strip she misses because she was distracted by her phone call and only pulled half of it and had to do it again. She then put alcohol on my eyebrows to clean them off after the wax. I wont be back here at all.I still have wax on my eyelid and I didn’t even want her to touch me anymore with the careless service ."

"When I got there right away only 1 tech got up even though there were at least 4 techs. The 1 that went up to me was nice then the other ones were like pushy saying what color and what do I want done. I was asking for a specific type of design and they were trying to give me what they wanted so I was like HELL HAN!! While they kept repeating what color and hurry up! I was like HELL HAN I'm good I'll just go get my nails done somewhere else THANX!!!"

"I came in as soon as they opened to get a refill. I was literally the only customer in there along with 3 techs! The only nail Tech that was there drill kept shutting off while doing my nails and she had the weirdest way of doing nails. I was telling myself to trust the process, but I should of trusted my gut and left! When she finished I had these horrible streaks in my nails and she told me it because the color is white and that why she don’t like to do white refills! I ALWAYS get white refills and this is the first b/s excuse of a poor piss job! Lesson learned, 2/3 times of bad service, I won’t be back!"

"They do sloppy work. Did not smooth my nails before painting over them. She asked if I wanted cuticle oil??? Then just put the oil on my fingers without massaging it to the skin. The lady that did my eyebrows was on the phone the whole time talking while I was trying to let her know what I wanted."

"I have been here twice so far and they haven’t let me down! Especially this Sunday I let a nail tech name Henry so my nails and I absolutely love them ! He did exactly what I wanted and was very gentle! It didn’t take him forever to do my nails at all! Not to mention the shop is absolutely adorable to me! Yes I will be back until they show me otherwise!"
