"Ok store, well stocked.. to few cashiers, long lines thus long wait check out time.. the have the exit stations but to save money, minimal staff at the exit posts."

"You have to be very careful because the cashiers will not make sure you have all your groceries when you leave and there are never any people bagging groceries. Twice I have lost items or another customer took mine because no one is paying attention. And I have to admit I never feel very welcome here as a non Spanish speaker. If you ask a question in English at the register they just stare at you..."

"I hate coming here almost every time I go to hot food section it’s a problem. I speak a little Spanish definitely enough to order food. Whenever I go in there they look at me crazy and usually tell me they are out of what I want when I’m looking at it in the case. Today I went to get a pork burrito and they kept telling me they only had breakfast burritos. Im looking at the pork and tortillas make the burrito lady. I tried to give them chance after chance but they will no longer be getting my money. Hate to say race is a factor but it’s a constant issue no matter what time and day I go and I get the same treatment."

"El Rancho Supermercado in Houston, Texas, is extremely clean. We came for the jewelry counter to have a watch fixed. I wanted some fruits. The store didn't have what I wanted, Rainer cherries and Nectarines. I left without purchasing anything, but the store is still beautiful."
