"This place is GHETTO. The nails are a hit or miss. Today I left having to reshape my own feet and nails. I asked for a simple manicure with Shellac polish. Can you believe they argued for 10min about who would do it bc no one wanted to do a manicure without acrylic..she shaped my natural nails ugly, she was brief with the maintenance , dirt was still under my nails and she was about to paint them..nooo ma’am, she didn’t even take my cuticles off. I told her no. I will pay for my feet and whatever you did to my hands but you’re not about to paint my nails no ma’am. They are so disrespectful bc you can clearly tell they are talking about you. Just spend the extra money if you can! Let them shut down. It’s nasty and outdated anyway. No wine or water is even offered."

"This place is horrible at doing nails. TERRIBLE. Asked for a simple French tip, couldn’t even do that. Had my nails painted half white. Got mad when asked to fix their mistake and left with a horrible set while still charged full price. Ultimately, their attitude is what upset me the most. If you make a mistake, fix it. Don’t get mad at me for not being happy with you for messing up and definitely don’t yell at my child for trying to stick up for me. Rubbish place, rubbish customer services, zero skills, honestly 0/10 experience. I’d give negative points if I could."

"I'm picky about who does my nails. Both of my regular nail shops closed due to COVID so I'd been on the hunt for another nail shop in the meantime. I can't believe after all these years of me living just behind this nail shop that I'd never seen it before. I stopped in earlier in the week to inquire about them being open and prices. Had time to stop in today and Angie took care of my nails! She did a beautiful job so I will definitely be going back when I'm due for my refill. Walking distance from where I live, prices are reasonable, and my nails & feet came out really pretty. Thanks Angie!"

"Bad experience here !!!!!!!!!!!! I came in to get a full set. I showed the guy the nails that I intended to get, I asked him if he could do a stiletto style shape for my nails. Another lady that worked their interrupted and told me to go somewhere else because my nails weren’t going to be how I liked them. I asked so that means y’all cannot shape then stiletto style? She replied “just go to a better place” I was shocked! How rude! & they clearly aren’t confident in their work."
