"I’ll preface my review that this was the first time I had an issue here and I don’t frequent this salon often. Made an appointment for a mani and a pedi. Turned out that the definition of a “mani” here means only regular or gel/shellac and not acrylic nails. If you want acrylic nails- you need to specific “full set” as they only have a limited number of technicians who can perform such services. No one on the phone asked what kind of manicure was I requesting for my friend nor did they preface that acrylic was gonna be a special type of skill that only 2 people could perform. I think the communication breakdown was when none of the technicians acknowledged my friend who was getting the manicure when she came in and sat down in a chair next to me. She waited a whole hour before she had to ask them how much longer? Keeping in mind that we had an appointment and they ended up taking more walk-ins than expected. They basically prioritized other customers over my bff and couldn’t rectify the issue they chased. Life happens- I get it. But at least improve communication and tell your customers exactly what to expect before more time is wasted. It was an unfortunate experience for us and even though my pedicure was great - I’m not going to visit a place that has communication issues. We all have precious time to spend and the only resolution they had was “sorry- can you come back tomorrow and we’ll do it for you?” 2 stars due to my pedicure looks great but overall dissatisfied with the experience yesterday."

"Came for a pedicure and shellac on hands, left with skin infection next to my big toe and clumpy nails. Had to remove polish on my toes not even a week later. Have been in pain ever since I went in. I went in 11/1 around noon, they were two older ladies who did my nails."

I am using this place since last 4 years, It’s always pleasant experience. This is first time I am having bad experience.
