"Slow place to deliver. Took 2 hours to unload coils of cable. No parking. People were nice enough but super slow. Absolutely no rush by the forklift guys."
"I'm sure this company is great but I'd advise having any work done with Luke Rodgers he's a manipulative person he tore my family apart over money so I doubt he's looking for anyone's best interest"
"This place is awesome. I was referred here. Excellent service. This is the only store in town that has the outdoor shop light that I needed. (FYI: Store closes at 5pm.)"
"This place is unbelievable. They have zero respect for anyone else’s time or schedule. If you’re delivering to this location, demand double the usual price for delivery because you are going to need that money to cover the time spent waiting for these unprofessional employees to get around to unloading their products. 17 hours to unload 7 small bundles of conduit is ridiculous. Pay no attention to listed store hours because they don’t honor them either. The front desk employees seem like nice folks but the lazy ones in charge of receiving need to be fired and replaced with more professional people. This is my first time giving a negative review in 29 years of trucking but these guys in the back of this location deserve everything I’ve said and a lot more. Avoid this place at all costs"
"Here on business for 2 weeks. Would never go here again. I waited for 15 minutes standing behind an employee sitting on one of the stools talking with his two friends about gun control & terrorists. He clearly saw me an never even bothered to help me, just walked to the back after his buddies had to leave. the 2nd staff member was running around like crazy & said he would be with me in a min.... Never came back. The 3rd staff member was helping someone and called me over once he was finished with the other woman. (Please keep in mind I am not an unintelligent woman, though not an electritian) I told him I needed an 8 weight/4 wire cable for a 50amp/ 220-250v adapter I was making to go from a 4 pronged 50amp to a 3pronged 50 amp which I already had. I mentioned that I was told that I would need a 6000w cable to have the right conduction. They literally laughed at me and asked who told me that. When I mentioned that Home Depot had the same wire I needed in a 10, they laughed and said they didn't know what they were talking about, and this 600v cable would be fine & they don't know why I was told the bit about 6000w. After trying to explain why it was important for about 5 more minutes only to be talked over and laughed at several times, I finally told them I didn't see what was so funny & that I had been waiting for 20 minutes & that they were (2 men trying to assist me) both being super condescending & that I'd just leave. So I did. Went to Electricom & explained what I was trying to accomplish. Not only did they understand FULLY what I needed to get, they took about 5 minutes to walk me out to the spools of wire to make sure that was what I needed. It was such a small amount of wire they gave it to me."
