"For the price paid, the work product isn’t great. Shaping wasn’t great for an additional cost. UPDATE: Jasmine reached out to me regarding my service. She offered to fix my nails and a $10 credit. I returned the next day and she was able to fix my nails and change the design to French tip because I was not happy with my overall shape. The $10 credit went towards the French tip. I’m okay with my nails, but it was an inconvenience to go to the nail salon twice back to back. I did agree to update my review if they fixed my nails, which I changed the 1 star to 3."

"I've been getting my nails done at Sofia Grace for the past 6 months, I go every 2 to 3 weeks to get dip. It is hard to give a review because I've had great and not so great experiences, it depends on who does your nails and how many staff they have. From my experience prices for dip removal and dip application have varied from $50 to $65, it depends on who does it. Adding to this review, I was contacted by Jasmine, she apologized for the inconsistency and I gave them another chance. I got my nails done by DD, she is patient, delicate and provides a full service, including hand moisturizer and mini massage to finalize the service. Concluding this review, I recommend Sofia Grace. Tip: make an appointment with the nail professional of your preference, in my case DD."
