"Very nice & classy environment, staff is semi friendly like get you in the door . I didn’t like how I was quoted one price then when it was time to pay my total went up $25 . I showed the lady a reference of how I wanted my toes “French tip “ & instead she did them how she wanted to . Also for my finger nails they are okay but $75 for plan powder French tip is crazy on top of that my tip of my nails is shellac which eventually look worn out by the end of the week . Definitely would not return. Recommend: Bonita nails"

"I recently visited the salon with the intention of removing my shellac and selecting a new nail color. The initial interaction with the receptionist was pleasant, and I was directed to Lily for my services. However, my experience took an unfortunate turn. Lily filed my nails extensively despite my repeated requests to refrain from doing so. I also encountered issues when choosing a nail color. Their selection is very minimal and despite the miscommunication between staff, I think that is important to ensure the client's desires are understood, respected, and met. I would never go back again. I hope this feedback is taken into account for future improvements, as I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience during my visit."

"Honestly I have been coming here since they open and today I was so disappointed. I normally don’t complaint I’m the quiet, smile customer. However, feedback is always good. I got a pedicure, wax, and nail set. The wax was so horrible and I don’t get waxed in a nail salon but I had a party today and decided to give it a try - worse decision as you can see in the picture. My nails were done by this old old lady and I feel so bad but I just didn’t let her finish my design because honestly the shape wasn’t even right and she kept going without confirming with me. Not sure what is going on but it’s definitely not good. I guess it’s time to look for a new nail place."
