"I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years & there’s been many times where the staff has been rude when asked to fix designs and redo shapes. I am a loyal customer because I understand sometimes there are hard days etc. but today was my last day coming here. The co-owner and another staff member wanted to charge me extra for trying to do a design of a simple French tip. She said “why wouldn’t I charge even if you don’t like it, I don’t work for free”. In the 5 years I have came here not only have I payed for nails (which their pricing changes every time) but I give great tip. I’m not asking anyone to work for free but it’s the tone and condescending way they work I won’t allow anymore. I’m pregnant and for the first time noticed how rude they really are. They don’t care to keep clients they just care about finishing the work quick and making you pay regardless of their attitude and eye rolls. Many times I’ve seen how other customers complain and they just let them leave and talk neg or lock doors and call the police on them. Well no wonder their business has taken a hit, I will not be entertaining businesses that treat people like this."

"If I can say this place is HORRIBLE! They just need to close down! Over price work is rushed an they are way to rough! I got an overlay! She drilled my natural nail down wayy too much ! I hate this place ! I will never come back! I didn’t tip so they rushed an used extra force. I kept saying ouch ! These Asians are horrible!"

"My experience here was great minus a few very important things . I came in to soak off a set I already had and to get an overlay since I’ve been trying to grow out my natural nails . When I got the overlay , she laid a lot of acrylic down and instead of thinning out my nails from the top down , she drilled under my nails and drilled parts of my natural nail off . At first I didn’t say anything because I thought she was drilling the extra acrylic that hangs off sometimes but then I noticed she was drilling a lot. Finally I asked “you’re not drilling my real nail off , are you?” And she stopped and asked me to take a look. I then told her the whole point of getting an overlay was to protect my nail. Then with the other hand , she didn’t drill under my nail but she just had to take a longer time drilling off all the powder she put on which I didn’t mind . The nails came out super cute , the shape is great and so is the design . But then when she filed to shape , she was a little too rough and cut me a little . I didn’t make a big deal and I still tipped but there should be no reason to drill from the bottom up to achieve a look . As you can see in the picture , my natural nails look trash from the bottom . All drilled off and different lengths when I walked in , they were all the same length . Other than that , she shape and design was great"

"Horrible experience! I literally had anxiety the whole time while getting service! I kept telling the young lady that was doing my nails that I hated the shape and She did nothing to fix it. They make you pay before they even start doing the service that should’ve been a red flag for me but totally ignored it. Very dissatisfied and will not be coming back! Also the environment is very dirty! It’s a big HELL NO FOR ME!"

"Terrible place. Avoid!! Don’t waste your money!! One review sums it... sweat shop!! They were rough and damaged my nail beds, the nail tech didn’t care and seemed to hurt me on purpose because I told her I didn’t like my nail shape and had her correct it. Told the guy sitting up front and he didn’t care at all. Never going back. Their IG creates a different story. They are frauds! Took my daughter and she had a better experience that I did I must say."
