Such sweet ladies and amazing service for my very first experience at a nail salon. Now i only trust them with my nails and will 100% be coming back. I highly encourage coming to this place!"

"This was my 3rd time coming here. The first 2 times was sketchy, but I just needed a quick polish change on my real nail that are short. This Lady I think owner removed the gel polish I already had on my nails, filed & buffed them. Told me to wash my hands no soap just water. Republished them and charged me $25 no cuticle cut down or anything of the things that come with a manicure! Lost me right there then proceeds to tell me that she didn't over charge me! Ha! You did but you won't again... go there with caution! And might I add I had my make-up done because I will be attending the concert. So she felt like over charging.... but I will not be back! Lumiere gives way more for $20 & its across the street!"

"My sister and I got our nails done and we had the worse experience. Customer service isn’t bad but the over all service was awful I don’t even need to explain the pictures say enough. I went back the next day to get the shape redone and she barley filed and said there you go and I explained to her that my nails are so uneven it’s the length not the shape and she did the same thing and said she was done ."

"The people were very nice as well. Never disappointed. Almost with Ora Nail Bar never let me down. Amazing nail spa! I absolutely loved it from the time I walked in to paying and leaving. My gel nails always look natural, not thick."

"I went in on 1/6/2023, and Mandy was at the front. I explained to her in the nicest way that I was particular about my nails and she said she’d do them. I was okay with that and sat down for my pedicure and she came over and at first I thought she was nice but after I started pointing out the mishaping of some of them and asking her to reshape them she starting getting upset snatching my hand and not responding to me. After she put the gel on I thought she would clean my nails from the extra shellac that rolled to the sides and clean underneath she got so upset. She grabbed my hand and immediately cut me with the nail file so I told her to stop and let me pay because I was so mad. She kept insisting that I let her do her job but she wasn’t doing to began with and was going to let me walk out with my nails looking dusty. It was horrible. I paid and still left a $10 tip for her and the lady who did my toes and btw my bill was $105. I contacted Tony who is the owner and I have heard nothing yet. But be aware this nail shop was perfect the first time I came but this last time was not okay. Don’t go to Mandy she’s rude and disrespectful."
