"I went to LV Nails today while my daughter was at a Salon in the shopping strip. They took great care of me. I regularly come here for eye brow waxing and have been very happy with that service. Today I got a pedicure and was happy with the results. I needed a budget friendly pedicure that didn't cut corners on quality and they hit the mark!"

"I have lived in Houston for 6 years and I walked in here for my first experience in Texas. It’s convenient and close to my home in ROCC. Cindy, the owner, has been consistent cordial and kept her business open through the pandemic AND when she had been vandalized. She is a true businesswoman. I LOVE my nails and have received multiple compliments on them since moving here. She even took care of an ingrown toenail for my daughter when she visited from Boulder, CO!!! I’m leaving this review b/c in the economy we’re in now, I have witnessed just a couple customers trying to get a free service by complaining. If anyone has anything negative to say about Cindy or staff, I beg to differ. They are good, professional people. Come try them out if you’re looking for a great service and friendly people!"

"The Staff very rude and unprofessional, I had my nails done Sunday where I was told I could not have the design I wanted and I could only have one color, by Wednesday all my nails were lifting. I went to the shop Tuesday to find the shop unexpectedly closed and was unable to reach anyone via phone. Wednesday I went in to explain the situation with the owner who called me a liar stating that I came in over a week ago and said I just wanted free nails. As a customer who was unsatisfied with my service after paying I was surprised at the backlash I was receiving. I will not be back after this experience and I would not recommend this nail shop as they will not give you what you ask for and treat you poorly."

"*PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTNEDING THIS PLACE !!!!!! Do not go to this place it is horrible horrible horrible service they have pretty much ruined it for all nail shops for me! The owner/manager not sure who she really is has just no sense she is very unfair and her and her whole staff lack customer service and quality of service. I went in here one day to get full set everything was fine I came back for a refill and three days later two nails have lifted my pinky nail had lifted To the point it hurt my finger nail so bad I had to clip it. I went in the next day once they were open and told them that my nails have lifted they agreed to fix them but she wanted to charge me to replace the whole pinky nail after I told her the result of me having to clip it was from it lifting in the first place which should have never happened after only three days of getting a refill. I told her I was not going to pay to replace the nail I have told her to leave it as it was and just fix the other one that didn’t need to be replaced. She agreed to just refill the other finger nail and leave the pinky one alone since I did not want to pay for it I told her that she was giving me horrible service and I was going to write her a review on google... she became very argumentative and erratic. I just continue to get my one finger fixed next thing you know THE POLICE SHOW UP. She called the police and made a complete fool of herself after she explained that she only called because she was mad at the fact that I was going to leave a review. The police officer realized very quickly that she was in the wrong and had no right calling the police to begin with The officer then chuckles and walks away."

"I've been coming here for a while and this is definitely my go to place! The nail techs know what I like and always do what I ask (naturally since I'm paying) and if they do make a mistake on something they fix it. I literally drive from the medical center, pass up several other salons, to this location to get my nails done!"
