"Waited over an hour for a bad manicure. How tf is this acceptable to you? Maybe if you weren't on the phone the ENTIRE TIME maybe you would have paid more attention. The whole manicure was completely rushed and botched up. I'm going to be honest: I've given this shop so many chances but this is my last straw. I will never be coming back."

"A great experience! We hosted a pre-wedding spa day for the bride, her sisters, daughters and mother. It was wonderful. They did a great job on pedicure and manicure services but also permitted us to enjoy cocktails and snacks. The.whole staff enjoyed the occasion with us making it a very special afternoon!"

"My girlfriend and I called this place and they said they could take us. When we arrived, the had us sit and wait for upwards of 25+ minutes. My girlfriend just needed a full set of acrylics. The male nail tech kept being rough with her nails, and hurt the integrity of her nail bed. She made it clear that he had hurt her, but he made no effort to correct his technique. My girlfriend is a licensed cosmetologist and she said that he clearly had no idea what he was doing. The service at this nail salon was horrific. We actually had to just stop the man and just leave. Truly disappointing."

"I had my first appointment with Tom Tom (that's what he told me to call him) last night and I was very pleased. Staff was friendly and even took me as a walk-in at 6:30. They closed at 7:00 (I did not know this at the time), but they were very professional and eager to assist me even though it was almost closing time. $25 (without tip) for a regular pedicure. The detail was great and Tom Tom took his time. They have both male and female technicians. Love the feel of the space, the quality, the prices and the friendly vibe. I would have gotten better pictures, but I didn't want to photograph other customers. For the time of day, the place was still pretty full. I will return. :)"

"I haven’t had my nails done in a while but these were the best i’ve ever had done. They were so nice and professional and did a great job recreating the nails I wanted done. 10/10 would recommend, great technicians, environment, and reasonable price. :)"
