"WARNING LADIES! WHATEVER YOU DO! DO NOT COME HERE! I usually go to a place across the street but they were fully booked so I was out of luck. I decided to try out this joint since they had nice decor outside and it looked inviting. BOY was I wrong. THIS turned out to be the worst manicure and pedicure experience of my LIFE. They are the most unprofessional and unpleasant employees I’ve ever encountered. Not only did they do my nails like a 5 year old would. My cuticles had nail polish all over them and it was gel too. They didn’t understand any of the requests I had and when I tried to make myself clear I was met with smug laughter and irritated looks. Non of them know a single world of working English which is usually fine because the good mani/pedi makes up for it, not at this wreck. It was one misunderstanding after another. “Please make my nail round” She files it square. They got nail polish all over my skin, instead of using polish remover and a sponge or pad to remove it, they were scraping it off vigorously with their own nails and using metal tools. I’m serious. I WAS shocked. I had to step in and say “OUCH” to make the lady stop. They all looked at me like I was the one being difficult. Their demeanor through out my service was just side eyes and confusion at my frustration instead of genuine concern and helpfulness At one point, they kept pressuring me to do a full foot service even though I said NO. They kept pushing and didn’t get the message. This place is a DUMP. Right after I left, I got my nails REDONE at my usual place. The most miserable, stress inducing, gross experience I’ve ever had at a “salon.” I come to visit Texas several times a year and let me tell you it’s now almost 3 am where I am and something reminded me to write this because I almost forgot. DO NOT GO HERE LADIES."
