"Garage Nails is overall a disappointing nail salon that I wished I could have loved. I’ve gotten my nails done by them on three different occasions and each time every service came out terrible. In my first experience, I asked for a full set of black acrylics, a stiletto shape, along with red 3D nail designs on each ring finger. The nail technician was so sweet and nice but her work was terrible, the shape came out as almonds, all of my nails on my right hand were crooked along with the pointer finger on my left, and the designs on both of the ring fingers were terrible and looked nothing like the inspiration photos I had provided. The designs were off-looking, chunky, and overall not good. In my second experience, I went with a friend because we were having a girl’s day and Garage Nails was right next to us. My friend asked for a Halloween-themed acrylic set and was complimented beyond wild about her choice of nails and how nice they have come out. They were stunning so I had high hopes for mine. This time I went for a short almond-shaped neutral dip-powder set and I kept getting “Are you sure you want to do that color?” “Are you sure?” “This color would be better” “That color won’t look good on you” I understand the concern level, but that’s what I wanted and that’s what I wanted to pay for. Not only that, my nails came out okay. Not great but better than the last time Lastly, my third experience (yesterday) was just god-awful. I came in for a refill for an already pre-existing acrylic nail set before starting I asked if they had the correct color which the nail technician agreed so we started. Everything was going fine up until the actual acrylic application. It was overall very messy getting everywhere including the underneath of my nails, I didn’t mind it thinking she would clean up after the nails hardened in the UV light. My right hand is done and the color is completely different than what I expected. I look over and my left hand is one finger away from being completed so I admit defeat. Onto the filing, my original nails were coffin-shaped and the acrylic she put on was so thick and chunky that she filed it into squares. She asked me if the shape was okay and before even answering she continued to file the others and didn’t even bother cleaning up underneath the nails. Her work was very rushed and very unprofessional, and of course, I paid and left with a completely different nail set than I originally had. I genuinely wanted to love Garage Nails due to its overall cleanliness, atmosphere, and location but they have scammed me for over $250 on poor-quality nails. I do not recommend anyone coming here unless you don’t care. I only have photos from the first two experiences so I apologize for the lack of photos."

"Lynn was amazing and did such a good job on my nails! It was exactly what I wanted and they are beautiful! I will definitely be going here from now on. Everyone ask for Lynn when you go in. I get dipped nails but my friend did acrylic and she did amazing with those too! Thank you again Lynn."
