"Not only was the quality of service and the outcome of my nails VERY POOR but I witnessed the most disgusting treatment of a client that I’d ever seen in my life! They had a client in the salon, an African-American lady. They had put curved nails on her hand; the fake nails. She politely requested coffin nails. She politely and courteously told them these are not coffin nails; I want coffin nails. They started talking in their own language and became very angry and aggressive with her. They asked her to leave. They said they didn’t know why she keep continuing to come back. Now mind you I’m a first time customer in this nail salon and I am hearing and witnessing all of this. End result, they took the nails off the ladies hand, which was not coffin nails as she requested and asked her to leave the salon. I was disgusted. I will never in this life return to that salon. If you are an African-American woman you may not get good service at the salon. However, I’m sharing my experience there. Also… The lady that did my nails did a terrible job! My nails are thick, not properly shaped, some nails are crooked others are straight the lengths do not match. Not only that, she was so rough with my nails that she cut me and DREW BLOOD! She put some painful solution on the cut and said “oops I made a boo-boo“… My nails and my finger is still in pain right now. The nails don’t feel comfortable on my hands. And they charged over $100 for my nails and my pedicure for extremely poor quality work and poor workmanship!! Google has advised me that my photos receive over 1.7 million views. And I sure hope my 1.7 million viewers see this review and avoid this place like the plague! Horrible experience! Don’t waste your time or your money at this place!"

"I stay way on the other side of town and me and my daughters needed our nails and feet done. So I came across this place and OMG!!! Love them!!! Very attentive and great work!! We had three pedicures w/shellac, a manicure w/shellac and a fill w/shellac and I must say they got each one of us right!!! Nina, Helen, Lee & Cherri are all on point!!!!! This will be my spot when I’m on this side of town!!!"

"Worst place ever. They are not only liars but they don’t know what they’re doing. Look at the untidy work they’ve done. I had to tell her many times that the nails don’t look right. My 7 year old could’ve done a better job. I didn’t want a manicure but then I was charge for one. I told them that I didn’t want to pay for the manicure as I told her that I don’t want this Done. They didn’t care charges me 60 bucks for this POS job. Never again. !!!!!"
