"I rarely give bad reviews, but I'm definitely not pleased with the service. My left big toe, sanded untill she thinned out the tip and the polish on that tip is coming off... UGH! Sanded on my nail plate and messed them up. I'm really ticked about how they look. And, if I have to direct you on how to polish tips, you are not the place for me. Nail tech was unprofessional in her services. Stood up to do my nails, doing things too fast. When I said I was about to leave, I should have left. This is just my experience, they may be great for others. I must keep in mind that all nail shops are not created equal. They definitely need to upgrade their furniture."
