"Not a very pleasant experience the second time around which is unfortunate. I came for a refill and unfortunately Ana wasn’t available. I sat and waited for a tech named Yen who was in the back eating. She sat down to start on my refill in a rude manner as if I had disturbed her. She begin to challenge the color on my nails stating they didn’t have the color and did I get the color from here. I mentioned I did, with Ana but was unsure of the color used. An associate took time to step in to look at the color and went to find It and bring It over. The color was simply off white. I am writing this review through the service because It has continued to be a very rude service. I like the ambiance of this establishment but I will no longer get Yen, and I think she brings down the morale of the establishment. UPDATE: I am adding the photos of her work as she argues me down that my nails are straight. This was after she added the acrylic for the refill that looks worse than when I came in. Her colleagues came over to agree that her work wasn’t acceptable."
"i have been here about 5 or 6 times so i can create a really well rounded review for anyone coming here. My boyfriend took me here starting July 2023 (he gets manicures sometimes as well) and i have a few pictures of some of the dip powder sets i've gotten from here. (the selfie was the only pic i had of the simple french tips haha) i have also gotten pedicures twice from here (don't rly wanna post my feet on the internet but trust me, they're cute!). Everytime I have been here i've gotten a different nail tech, and they've all been WONDERFUL. not okay or good, but wonderful. They adapt really well whether you're in a talkative mood or not (i like to be silent most times during my pampering, and they make the experience great every time). I have had several negative experiences with pedicures in the past. I tend to have a mild ingrown toenail, but people will be too aggressive with it, and I end up with toe pain for many days after leaving but not here and my partner also has never had a bad pedicure from here he mentioned. I went somewhere else last month bc i wanted to pay for my own nails for once and didnt wanna spend as much as he usually does for them, and although i decently enjoyed it around the level as one would, it was very noticeable the difference between regular places, and sweet escape. I love every time i come here, and shout out to Hana for doing my nails amazing twice. and i cannot remember her name for the life of me but there's a girl who every time i see her is ALWAYS wearing a bun and she did my pedicure last time and was the sweetest woman ever. loved her. anyway, all that just to say i love this place and its deserves all the stars i've given it."
"This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was visiting from out of town and went with a friend. I typically get dip on my nails where i am from. When I first walked in, I was asked to pick out my color from a table. This was the most chaotic thing. I felt I was digging through a bargain bin at a consignment shop. The pedicure was great. The lady asked if I wanted to upgrade, which I did. But was never explained what a deluxe included. But again, I enjoyed it. The manicure was awful. I asked for almond nails. She cut them extremely short and could not do the shape I asked. I then asked if it could be rounded and she did. She used a dremel to shape the dip afterwards and cut two of my cuticles with it. She did not acknowledge cutting me and sprayed my hands with alcohol, which burned. She also left the excess dip all over my hands and sides of my fingers. Underneath my nails were not cleaned up either, so the top coat stuck to the sides of my nails. There are even spots on the sides that do not have color. Thank goodness I am not from here. Attached also is a picture of what I wanted as far as color and design."
"Loved how my nails turned out! But rguably most importantly, I loved the service. My nail tech was kind. A simple gel manicure included a hot wax treatment. Hot towels, an hand massage, and complimentary wine. Plus, the atmosphere was great. Zero wait for a walk in. Will come again."
"This salon is huge and super clean. They didn't rush us at all and their chairs have several different massage features, which is the only way I could get through someone touching my feet so much. The only problem was I didn't have any instructions for what to do immediately after they got finished with my pedicure and I had to turn on the machine that dried my toes. Would recommend. Helen is THE BEST and the only person I ever see. She never hurts or cuts me."
