"I’ve been coming to Planet Nails for a little over 2 years now. After having to find another nail salon I lucked up after trying Planet Nails one day and I’ve continued to be a satisfied customer. I learned it’s best to book an appointment a head of time because they do get busy really quick. I’ve never once experienced bad customer with the staff at this nail salon. I’ve also never had an issue with the quality of my service and if there’s something I’m not happy with, they’ve always been happy to fix it. Lee is my dedicated nail tech and Leon is my dedicated pedicurist. I love them both but honestly, I’ve not had one person work on me that didn’t do an awesome job."

"I went in for a shellac manicure on 2/17/24 for my birthday nails. They checked me in and I was seated with a nail technician within minutes which was great. Once she finished prepping my nails, I realized that my finger was bleeding. She applied a white powder and proceeded with painting my nails. I still felt some pain and told the guy in the front. He applied some unknown cream and said bleeding was normal. I left and treated it properly at home. The next day, I noticed some chipping on my thumb. The polish started falling off and by Wednesday I no longer had polish on three of my fingers and two of them were majorly chipped. I’ve gotten shellac manicures multiple times and this has never happened. I don’t recommend this nail shop at all."

"I visited here for the first time on February 17, 2024. My best friend and I wanted pedicures and this place was near where we live. My friend got the deluxe pedicure and I got the basic with regular polish. The front desk host was very friendly and courteous and she was able to find the reservation I had made. The service was good-I think we were done within 45 minutes or so. Although I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to shellac or gel polish, I stuck with the regular polish and was happy with the results and price. I feel that between the service we received, the free drinks and the welcoming atmosphere, this is a place I can return to for my pedicure needs."

"Best nail salon around. I have been coming here for years. Julie is so kind and always ask how everything was and the nail techs are very good and thorough without hurting you or being pushy on upselling. Very highly recommend this place. Prices are good too especially compared to other places. They do it all here and management keeps it in top shape. To top it off they have snacks and alcohol."
