"I was visiting Houston and decided to give this shop a try, based on the reviews. What a mistake! The place was very, very dirty and not hygienic. I should have left then, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not only that, but the tech did not completely remove my powder dipped nails before applying powder over the top of what was left from a previous application. I wasn't allowed to soak them off. She dremeled them down, but there was plenty of original product still remaining. It was clearly visible when I stepped out of the salon into the daylight and gave my nails a yellowish tint. Product was hardened over my cuticles and onto my fingers. What a mess! I went to another salon the very next day to have my nails re-done."

"Was pleasantly surprised! Been noticing this nail shop for a while. Across the street from where I do business. Was looking for a new nail shop. This might be it when I'm on this side of town. Very friendly, fast, and I felt like I had been coming here a while by the conversation. Surprise every time I pass by not that many cars. This place offers ombre nails which was new to me. Im a simple girl so all I needed was one color but nice to know I have options. Didn't get the lady name but you will know her when you see her. She is funny. Most of the time the only one"

"I've been here twice, the first time the lady that did my nails was a little pushy in what she wanted my nails to look like verse doing my nails how I wanted them be. She cut them short even after I had told her twice I didn't want them that short and she proceeded to do what she wanted anyways.The second time I went, I went in just for a polish change so I figured it would be quick and easy, she wasn't filling my nails other than just taking off what I previously had. It took her 30min as she had to keep redoing them. Their prices are very inconsistent and I had the worst customer service experience after I had question the price change from the previous time I was there. They were VERY rude and I left very unhappy. I would never recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever go back."
