"I’m genuinely upset and disappointed on how my nails turned out. The picture on the left is how my nails turned out the first time. Super uneven and a very poor, low quality job. When I first saw them, I felt upset, but I paid anyway because I’m usually not the type of person to speak up, I just don’t come back. When my boyfriend saw my nails and I told him how much I paid, he got upset as well and he couldn’t believe it. He was BEGGING me to go back and ask her to fix it. I ended up going back and I let Mimi know and I showed her. She ended up “fixing” my nails and the right picture is how they turned out. It’s still not what I wanted and it’s uneven. What I asked for was nothing crazy or difficult. It was just an almond shape nail with a little color. I spent $50 and I regret it. It wasn’t worth it and I’m not coming back."
