"The head lady is a joke. I booked an appointment yesterday then she lied on her husband about over booking. Don’t respect customers time and gas spent traveling passing plenty of nail salons to come here for nothing. Definitely won’t be coming back here because this is ridiculous. Rude and inconsiderate idiots"
"Very bad experience. I asked for black tips with gel polish. The lady did not do anything i asked for. I paid and tipped 10.00 but i would never recommend this place. The polish is bubbled and looks like they were painted by a 5 year old."
"Sad to see Lisa left. Jennifer is the only reason I went back. Their prices went way up and service down. I understand we are all going thru inflation but, they could have kept the service the same. Luckily I found Lisa She open her own salon. Has the same spa services And prices."
"MY NAILS LOOK TERRIBLE AND THEY LIED! I came to this shop on my birthday looking to get long coffin nails with a slanted French tip. I showed them the picture and inquired about the pricing and we were all set and they got started. Well as the lady starts working on my nails it is looking nothing like the picture, so I stop her and ask her to do something else that was on THEIR display. She wasn’t able to do that either and at that point I had been there two hours, so I ask her to just paint my nails a solid gel color. The polish job was spotty and I have a glob stuck at the top of my nails. The shape is also not coffin. The file job is bumpy. Also no base coat was used nor did I wash my hands after filing (asked multiple times if I should wash my hands before painting). Out of frustration and missing my own birthday dinner at this point I gave up and spoke to the owner telling her I had to leave and it wasn’t getting better. She told me to pay $30 of the $45 and she would fix it tomorrow. I asked her multiple times before I paid if she could do what I asked for originally and she said yes so I paid. I just came back. Walked in said hello and I was met with no response or greeting. She eventually turns around after 2-3 minutes and asks what do you want me to do. I showed her the picture and she simply replies we can’t do that here. If that was the case you could’ve said that yesterday before wasting 3 hours of my time and a whole other day. I asked for a refund. She, the owner LISA , lied and said she wasn’t the owner or a manager and just laughed and walked away. She said the owners name was ANDY and he was on “vacation.” Look at other reviews. It clearly says the owners name is Lisa. She also forgot she told me she was the owner last night. Now I have to pay someone else to do another full set when we could’ve saved the hassle. Look at the pictures, including the card she gave me with the “owners” name. Also, I’m far from stupid. The Secretary of State gives you the owners name, so that was a pointless lie. Just be honest and think about customer service but they don’t care. Read all the reviews, FB, Yelp, etc."
"Updated Review: Original: I had heard really good things about this place from a friend. She normally sees lisa and is constantly thrilled with her nails. We went in Monday and I was seated with an awkward young man who made no real effort to get me comfortable. He kept stopping to crack his neck and talk to other people in the shop. At one point he dropped acrylic on the tabel and still scooped it up and put it on my nail. He never changed the towel on his table between customers. I was rushed out of my chair and made to sit in a pedicure chair with my legs up uncomfortably to hold a uv light on my lap, mind you I'm 8 months pregnant, I've never been so uncomfortable at a nail place before. Not to mention unsanitary. After that, I was reasonably happy with my nails... until I woke up Thursday morning and one was broken. Update: I went in and they promptly and courteously fixed my broken nail for free. I can't even tell it was fixed by a different person. Glad I decided to go back, I'll just be sure to avoid the singular person who gave me a negative experience."
