"Thursday, February 29 I made an appointment for 3:15 PM and Friday, March 1. I go to my appointment at 3:15 and they’re asking me to come back to get my nails done mind you I made an appointment for a reason because I am a mother and I work and on top of that I don’t have time to come back-and-forth if I made that appointment on February 29 Least to say I will not be coming back. I really like the service but at the end of the day you really don’t get what you really want. The only person that was really doing my nails OK was and Holly other than that she started doing my pedicure which was cool because she knew what I wanted but the other people that did the pedicures you had to ask them to literally clean underneath the toenail like why do I have to ask you to do that if that comes with the pedicure, but OK next time I’ll just go back to nail America And continue my nails there before I came to the shop I thought by giving business to my local residence area. It will be better instead of traveling across town to get my nails done but I don’t they don’t have to worry about me again because I was very upset that’s why we make appointments for a reason ."

"Yesterday I went for pedicure and manicure with my daughter , then I set appointment for my mom and sister at 3 pm for today, when arrive there they told me if I can come back 3:20 , I come back and they are not ready yet , so to set up make appointment there it's doesn't work , my family was very existing to have manicure and pedicure there , but at they same time they are very sad to not give to us a faster solution. I not come back again it sad because me is the best one there. But the manager don't give to me any solution."

"I requested a basic classic manicure with clear nail strengthening polish as my nails are weak and needing a break from gel/shellac. This is a very poor quality manicure where I’m left with hang nails, jagged edges, and leftover callus/cuticle growth. They didn’t have nail strengthening polish so the nail technician used clear base & top coat. She also grabbed tools from another station which did not look to be sanitized. The massage was just a distribution of lotion. If you’re looking for actual nail care, go somewhere else. I do NOT recommend this salon."

"Kevin is great. He takes his time when doing nails and makes sure that everything is perfect. I have never had a design I wasn’t satisfied with."

"Came here with my girlfriend. I got a pedicure and so do sure. That part was nice. Staff was friendly. However, please see the photos for the manicure that was done. My girlfriend is in tears over this as they applied the paint splotchy. The nails are not straight and have a strange shape. They also nicked her skin multiple times with a cutting tool. Not sure which lady worked on her hands, but beware. The lady did offer to fix them at no charge but we had a flight to catch and said we could come back at a later date."
