"Nail technician left in middle of pedicure to do manicure on another client. Sat sitting for over 10 minutes with legs / feet wrapped in towels Technician only came back to get nail tools they had used on me to use on lady getting manicure and then when finally came back did so with same tools. Had to wait even longer as other person wanted Halloween design drawn on nails. When asked to cease service and speak to mgr was told thought I was ok with waiting as figured I had more time to spend there. Argued with me on payment saying nail tech was crying and if I did pay then she would not receive any pay. Pedicures and manicures are suppose to be relaxing not a guilt trip."

"Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here the last time I got my eyebrows done. They had done a good job in the past, but this time I asked the lady to just clean my eyebrows, and I showed her a picture of how I usually get them done. She didn't even look at the picture and proceeded to take off too much, and left my eyebrows completely rounded. I let her know that I did not like them but that she already took off too much. She then proceeded to say that this way it was better rather than acknowledging my opinion. If anyone knows of a good place to wax your eyebrows, please feel free to respond. She then charged me $90, mistakenly, I presume, and then refunded me the incorrect charge."

"I took my daughters to here and their service is amazing. I took my daughters there to get a manicure and pedicure and their service was great. They’re clean and they did exactly what we wanted. A lot of respect was given to not only me, but my daughters. Great time there."
