"The first time I have came here they turned me away but to be fair it was an hour and half before closing and it seemed to be just one employee and she was already busy with a customer. Decided to come 2 days later during the day. I got a pedicure. They did an amazing job and for a great price. I will definitely be coming here more often!"

"One star is not good enough for this place. I’ve gone several times and the younger of the two has said she had appointments when I know she was lying. In fact I ate at the diner next door and no one showed up. There was no one at the shop at the time either. Another time she said she was busy and only one customer was there. The lady she was working on shook her head and shrugged her shoulders as if she knew she was lying. I see in other comments this happens a lot. She represents this salon in the worst way!"

"This place closes at 7pm as stated online. I walked in at 5:57pm for a refill and the lady up in front said she did not have time due to an appointment that was about to arrive. I knew she was lying so I stayed in my car while I looked for another salon. The same lady walked out about 5 minutes later and closed up early. I will definitely not return."

"I began coming here after my mom told me all about their awesome prices. First few times I was very happy with regular manicures and even began getting some shellac done. Very simple but very cute. On Valentine’s day, I wanted to go out and decided to get some acrylics with some hearts. The design looked terrible so I just painted over them with regular polish. While I loved the shape of the acrylics, the drawing of the hearts were just terrible. I stuck with it though, and gave them another chance but went back to my regular manis and the special occasion shellac. But I called the other day and made an appointment, where they told me a time that would work for me to come. I show up the day of the appointment, right on time, only to be told they did not answer the phone and gave me an appointment. I was told they were already booked and they wouldn’t double book, and that I did not call. So not only did I not have an appointment (even though THEY told me to come at that specific time) but they were also saying I did not call and made it seem like I was trying to get away with a lie? Don’t get me wrong, the staff is friendly, their prices really are awesome and the salon is fairly clean! I understand these things happen at times, but the way it was handled was not at all professional! I left the salon soon after and found an appointment somewhere else. Another thing worth pointing out is the fact that they’re way understaffed! At times it is just one nail tech in the salon and they will tell you that it is not possible to get both a manicure and a pedicure. I had to choose what I wanted more sometimes and then did my own toes/fingernails at home after, which just isn’t ideal."

"I do not understand how they are still in business. Only one lady who does acrylic nails and she’s very rude the whole time. She hurt me a few times and when I moved my hand back she said to leave. Also made a sly comments on Indians when I’m Pakistani. Spend your money here if you hate human decency."
