"Just got a new puppy and i was looking ROUGH! Drive by this place all the time. What the hell right? I was a walk in got seated almost IMMEDIATELY. Then a whole team of beautisians came out some hallway ,ready to go i tell you! I have clinical ptsd so can get uncomfortable with people touching me. Especially holding my hand and rubbing my feet hello! anyways They made me feel actually safe. spa music playing in the background so nobody talking at all. Insents (cant write sorry) burning smelled SO GOOD. Got a full set of acrylic, () organic pedicure and eyebrow wax was done in chair. Usually I'm embarrassed walking out the salon upper lip all red picking lol I don't know what wax they used NO REDNESS. Competitive market pricing . I even got hit on leaving the place I'm not exaggerating. The experience of it all was something out of this world. I really felt like a super star in that chair! Just HAD to share"
"Photos say it all. Horrible experience. Worst customer service. Looked nothing like photo reference. Hurt me MULTIPLE times when filing, asked them several times to be more gentle. When asking them to just remove everything this is how they left me. Still charged me for “removal”"
"Very good service, comfortable massage chairs, polite and attentive staff. Very good selection or colors and services. A little insistent for me to upgrade the selected package or to add shellac but that is normal. I used to go to another shop by Park Row and Barker Cypress but they are always so busy, I end up waiting for 20-30 minutes for someone to start working on my nails. Yesterday I left because I didn’t want to wait and ended up here. A block away and they started as soon as I arrived - without an appointment. I will go back for further services."
"TL; DR: Decent pedicure with high pressure and pretty expensive for basic services. A lot of hassle resulting in a mediocre experience. We decided to try a new place after seeing the new management sign. The store was clean and presentable. Overall, our services were done well, my pedicure took a little long but he paid very close attention to detail and my nails look really good! Our technicians did a good job, it just seemed to be a big miscommunication issue and again, they were pushy with other services. We were able to get into a chair right away for 2 pedicures. We were given a book for color options and the menu for the pedicures. They asked if we wanted nails done too and after we said no, they kept asking about it and we gave in. No big deal but we just wanted a basic manicure - just clean up the nails and cuticles with a regular clear polish. That’s how mine went but the person doing my mom’s didn’t understand and started trying to do gel color on her out of nowhere. We corrected the miscommunication politely but it was met with a little bit of attitude. At this point, I started to read google reviews because this wasn’t a great experience. The vast majority of reviews are 5 star and seem to be posted by employees or friends and are literally nothing about the actual experience, just how a nail salon works and what they “strive to do”. The basic pedi was $32 for no extra services. Just a soak, nail and cuticle cleanup, and a light pumice scrub. If you wanted callus removal, that was 2 more levels up at $50. We asked if we could just do it as an add on and they told us “oh no, you WANT to do that level because it includes the stone massage and the paraffin and everything.” We didn’t but this was another thing we were pressured about. We figured something out but they were reluctant to do it. Got the rest of our services done and got ready to pay. They offered more services a few times before we paid but weren’t as pushy at this point. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it wasn’t a great one either. Our bill wasn’t worked out properly and we were just to the point of being done with all of it so we just paid it and left. The pictures are almost a week after the fact so they’ve been through the ringer but still intact pretty well"
"The staff is nice but the quality of work is horrible. $75 for ombré and it looks like this. It was rushed and the application was not up to par. Not only is there no powder on the sides of my nails but they’re also lumpy. The nails look nice from far away but up close they’re a horror show. I will not be returning."
