"I recently visited this Family Dollar and had a poor experience. I was walking down one of the aisles when I slipped and almost fell. There was some sort of... thick substance spilled all over the floor. I'm not sure what it was. I mentioned it to the cashier and he said, "Oh yeah, it looks like throw up, right?" THE CASHIER ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THE HAZARD IN THE STORE and no one had cleaned it or even put up a caution sign. I should've fell so I could sued them for negligence! On top of that, why would you make a disgusting comment saying that it looks like throw up? Then, while I was checking out, my items weren't ringing up properly because there was supposed to be a deal as advertised in the aisle. The manager left to go check it and came back saying that the signs were almost THREE WEEKS OLD. Is there no oversight in this store?"

"The staff here really make the place. I am new here and they were really helpful in terms of helping me find things and even turned me on to the Family Dollar App in order to help me save money and it works. I wish I could remember the names of the woman at the cash register who checked me out and the gentleman who was stocking items who helped me as well, but they were extremely polite and professional."
