"Grand Nail Lounge is my favorite place! There's always a nice relaxed atmosphere, and the pedicure options are fantastic. I've probably tried about half of the available options and they've all been great. My new go-to is their top tier (priciest) option. It's totally worth the price point. I feel like I get better care and service for my money here than I have anywhere else I have visited, and the prices are beyond reasonable for everything you get. Every nail tech I've had here has done an amazing job, but Ken is my favorite! He's always able to do exactly what I have in mind, and then adds his own designs and makes my nails look fantastic! He always shapes and trims my nails perfectly. He's also great at fixing broken nails. I almost always have at least one broken nail (because I'm super rough on my hands and work with them a lot) when I come in, and he's always able to patch them up. You're the best, Ken! It's always a great experience, and I'm extremely happy with both my manicure and pedicure! See you all again soon!"

"I came in as a walk-in for a pedicure and a simple full set for Christmas. Everyone was super nice and the salon as clean and well kept. Ken did an amazing job on my nails... the exact shape I wanted and even added some cute snowflakes for the occasion. Ken does amazing nail designs and will be my new go-to nail tech!"

"I went to this salon for my homecoming nails. I have never been so disappointed walking out of a salon. I was greeted sat down but waited 15 for her to begin doing my nails and not because she was prepping or anything but because she was busy trying to find a video on YouTube. I had also burnt my finger the day before at work and asked her to be a little careful around it. What does she do? Rubs on it, stratched it, and other things that just irritated it. Now i had shown her the pic of what i wanted. If you cannot do what is asked say that. My lines are uneven, the shape is way off, and my dip color is just plain ugly. Now, to make matters worse she answered her PERSONAL phone 5 times while in the middle of doing my nail. Who does that??? Already upset with my results i go to pay. 80 dollars for this set of nails??? No tip at all. They didn’t last me a week. Thats just disappointing.
