"We bought the pollo asada for $19.99 that is prepacked and placed under heat lamps. There is no way to know how long they have been sitting there. When we got home and checked the chicken it was raw at the joints of one and meat was cool to the touch on undersides. We microwaved to finish cooking. Thankfully we did not get sick but decided to toss the rest. Don't take a chance."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A CAKE WE PURCHASED FOR OUR SONS BDAY. We live in austin and went to san antonio for a couple of days, my husband got this cake super late at night (purchased around 9:45pm on a thursday night). The cake had fruit on top and they did not look fresh at all, he still decided to get it for my son and we still decided to cut it and to our surprise it was in horrible condition & smelled bad! The service is not its best either, i understand that the store closes at 10pm but for the doors to be closed and locked by 9:35pm-9:40pm its just not ok i feel."
