"I had a big toenail that fell off a few years ago and grew back with an extreme arch. One of the older women that work here told me that using acrylic on it would help it flatten out. It was working. One side is flattened out a lot. I went in to have my nails done and explained the situation to a young male tech. He spoke very good English, so nothing was lost in translation. I told him what the woman had told me, but that I couldn’t remember who she was except that she was older. He responded with “Well, if she was here, then she could do it.” And kept insisting that I didn’t need the acrylic. He removed what was there because he said it was too thick to cut my ingrown toenail out, and refused to put more on saying “I can’t make your toenail wider.” I gave 4 stars because I have always had good experiences, but the kid they have working there needs some lessons in customer service. If I were rating on just this experience, it would be 1 or 2 stars. I now know not to let him be my tech again."

"I love it there, they are very professional, they do exactly what you want or at least they get really close to what you want. They all do a really awesome job and it’s better if they book you in advance so everyone feels comfortable and it’s never packed of people."

"The staff was super nice and sweet, however the quality of nails that I received was really terrible. It honestly didn't even look like I went to professionally get my nails done. Shellac is supposed to last up to 2 weeks, mine didn't even last a week. Perhaps it was just the specific person, but either way I was disappointed & wasted money."
