"Worst customer service! Front desk lady wasn’t interested In helping me at all when I asked for help!"

"If I could rate a 0 I would. 3 ladies standing around talking. I went in knowing what I wanted. My poor daughter needed to use the restroom and the lady asked twice “are you sure the restroom is for your daughter” (of course in Spanish) then tells me well go (very rude tone) and when my husband took my daughter (because I was looking at other hair products to make it an in and out thing) you can hear the lady outside the restroom making grunt noises to hurry up. Then, she went in after them to “check” if my daughter really used the restroom. Then second the lady charges me (while all 3 have a conversation on the side) doesn’t ask if I need a bag or anything. I always hate coming to this Sally’s because every time I come the ladies always have a face and attitude. I’m not coming to this store again!"

"Who ever was cashier at 430 pm on November 3rd was rude & didn’t even talk to us ."

"The worst place to buy hair trimmers or any other accessories. I bought a hair trimmer and when I tried to use it at home "Y NO JALO." When I went back to exchange it, they didn't allow it bacause of "Business Policies." I ended up "DONATING" $75 for an item that didn't work, and a bad costumer service and bad criteria for a manager. Here I'll "DONATE" again one star just to leave this review."
