"Went in to buy a water spray bottle. I know you close at 7. As I walked in employee was with a client cashing them out. Then Shouts-out “just to let you know we close in two minutes”! Girl I know what time you close! Where’s the Customer service! SMH never shopping here again!!!"
"I went in during a slow time. When I walked in the cashier was helping a customer by calling around to other stores to see if they had the brand she was looking for. It was a solid 16 mins. I am waiting but out the way. A couple comes to the front of the line and she took them before even asking why I was standing there. Finally it’s my turn. I asked her about a brand, showed her a picture. Her respond was “ no this is all we have maybe the other stores carries it. Sally puts stuff in different store so you have to visit multiple stores”. If that’s true I may never waste my time at Sally’s again. She then walks off and as I asking her the closet Sally’s she begins helping the man that walked up during our conversation. If she didn’t want to help me she should have just said that. Never coming to this location."
