"DO NOT COME HERE go down the street to the old heb less than a mile away. They’ve been under construction for like two years now. Shopping here is a nightmare and if you do curbside they’ll give you the items that are expiring sooner. Besides jack hammers so loud you can’t have a conversation they are always stocking shelves. Which is not an issue but when there are 5 employees in one a asile where you jus need one thing and you can’t get though it’s annoying and it’s like every aisle. I never understood why they can do it when they’re closed?? Besides that most of the food on the shelves or produce is already expiring. No wonder they are down 10% of their sales FOR THE YEAR."

"Israel is great! I came in after 10 pm and checked our with over $300 in groceries and everyone was extremely helpful especially him. He noticed I had a cracked egg and immediately went to get me a new one. Also he noticed I left an item of mine that I purchased behind and quickly brought it. Employees like this is what make companies great. Well done."

"Great improvements are being made to this location! We finally have a modern HEB for the neighborhood. The new fresh side is bright, opened, and has plenty of options for someone who doesn't want to put in a lot of work in the kitchen, but also for someone who cooks up a storm. The old side of the store is still chaotic, but organized. Side note: What happened to the GOOD music? For about 1 week, the store was playing more current, upbeat music (2010 and beyond) - now we're back to the same old tired 80's/90's music. We heard hits from The Weekend, Banners, Death Cab, etc. We need to return the good music back to this store ASAP! Can't wait to see the end result here!"

"I’ve been shopping at this HEB for years and I do understand that these renovations are making everything more difficult for the employees, but some things are inexcusable. I ordered curbside which I’ve never previously had problems with, and showed up only to wait in my car for 20 minutes before having to go inside the store and find someone. It turns out the delivery window they gave me on the website did not coincide with when curbside employees left the store. So even though they leave at 9pm I still sat in my car waiting from 9-9:30pm since that was the last delivery window available. I called the store and the pharmacy that evening from my car, and the next day but all the phone lines were disconnected and calls weren’t and still are not going through. The manager I spoke with that evening when I went inside was very nice and took my information ensuring there would be a call back when they opened but I am still waiting. They told me I could just get the groceries myself since I was already there but I had a big order that I had already submitted with little time on my plate, hence ordering curbside. I really do not want to go through this again so I’m just going to avoid this HEB in the future or at least until they have completed their renovations. I would avoid this one especially if you don’t have a lot of time to shop."

"I was surprised to see the variety of great things, the presentation of everything was amazing the fantastic food I found there. I felt I was at Disney. Hightly recommend this HEB to all of you."
