"The girls who work here are really rude. You ask for help or ask a question and are quick to eye roll you. I usually go to another sally but had no option other than to go to this one. I’d rather drive 10 miles further than come to this one again. Whatever happened to customer service ? Girls do better… and if you hate your job then get another one. Don’t be a low life. Can’t even imagine how HARD scanning and stocking must be in order for you to have such a miserable and nasty look on your face."

"Where to begin... I just left your store.... its truly a disaapointment to see how customer service has degraded through out the years. Ill give it to you straight, I dont appriciate that you stereotyped my husband and i as soon as soon we walked thru the door. Given my husband was in sweats and sweater, and i without eyebrows (cuz hey! Who does their eyebrows when they plan to dye their hair?) I was followed around the store with prying eyes by the employees, i even bumped into one as i retraced my step and headed back to the previous isle. I noticed they had their wye on me, my husband stepped outside to take a call. I wanted to ask alot of questions but the associate was very condescending and i felt embarrassed to ask so i left instead. I was sure of my purchase and ready when i arrived but in the midst of the prying eyes... was pushed away. Heading over to EP Beauty Supply instead its cheaper over here any way."
