"I got a mani and pedi. Overall the pedi was ok, my French tip had to be redone and it came out fine. I had originally asked for a deluxe pedi but since my French had to be redone I changed to a classic pedi. My nails were a different experience. I asked for French to be painted on. In the end I wasn’t happy with the French tip. The man with spikey hair clipped off my nails and left me like this. Literally have had my nails done for years and never had this experience. It’s under new ownership so wanted to share my experience with the new management :( I understand I came in at 6:30pm and the shop closed at 7:30pm. If it was too late I would have only done a pedicure. I was told both could be done. All I ask is for transparency. If it’s too much of a workload that’s understandable. I’m really shocked a nail salon allowed this to happen. I also wanted to add, I’ve come to Hector’s for over a year. From Hector’s first location on SE Military to this location at the Quarry. I’ve always had really good experience. This is just very unfortunate."

I get so many compliments on my nails. I am about ready to go get a new set. I unfortunately didn’t take a picture when I first got them done."
