"Just left this Nail salon so disappointed. Ive lived in this area over 11 years and have been a previous client for many times who brought many clients I dont think I was recognized due to wearing a baseball hat. This nail salon has been here so many many years and, Never have I experienced a nail technician owner who was so unprofessional and carless about his reputation. Henry was my nail technician today (he is new) per a customer who asked about the new nail tech as she walked in. I came for a simple full set of nails. I felt that he was rushing because he has another nail technician hovering over him looking at how he was doing Henry did not do a good job to where the acrylic was running down my nails over my skin. I still gave it a chance to see if he would fix it. He filed my nails way into my nail-bed to where I had to tell him to stop. The shape was horrible and acrylic touching my skin.( the nail will definitely lift) after my time wasted I politely asked if he can please just take them off, he kept insisting until the owner told him to just take them off and told me that he will not service me again. I said thats ok I will not come here again. Im the type of customer who always has no problem paying EVER! I always have my nails done year round and Ive always paid. Although Henry did try to fix it I refused because he was making my nails look worse. I never write reviews but this time I felt that I should after a horrible experience and a waist of time. Im not that horrible I still tipped him for his time. And for the owner (man) Dont you worry I will never need your services. Back to my favorite fast and friendly Nail Salon."

"What I asked for** versus what I got (after she told me they didn’t have any of the items to do nail art, and tried to convince me they didn’t even have gold nail polish). Add an hour and a half wait to that and I was pretty annoyed, since I would have left rather than wait if I knew they couldn’t do what I wanted. I’ll give them another try on a day that isn’t right before a holiday because of the other reviews, but I am not impressed. **I guess google didn’t post the picture I included of what I had asked for. I had googled a picture of “white and gold nails” and chose one that had gold lines on white polish and one of the nails was studded with little gemstones. The nails were coffin shaped, which I even stated I wanted, and obviously did not get. Edit, two weeks later: after just one week the nails started cracking and in 10 days multiple were broken. I haven’t had time to go somewhere else to get them done and I have to wear a bandaid on one finger because of how hopelessly broken the nail is. Absolutely never going back to this place again."
