"Took a chance getting my nails done here. The work itself was decent. It’s what happened after that I didn’t like. The charge was $46 I put a $10 tip on the receipt. Days later I’m checking my charges, they put in a $100 tip so I was charged $146 for this short set. I know my baby was fussing but nooo way am I tipping more than the service cost. I barely get anything done now & was really disappointed they would do something like that."
"Needed a last minute set so I ran in here and they came out GREAT! So quick and gentle so glad I went in."
"TLDR: 1⭐️ I had a decent experience the first time. BUT it feels too RISKY to go back, you've been warned. I'm never coming back. Only come to this salon if you're in a time crunch, want to save money, and want the convenience of it being inside walmart. I hate admitting but you get what you pay for. first visit (first photo) - came here because it was the only place available at the last minute (mistake #1) - came in with bare nails and got acrylics - the nails were decent, smoothed out and shaped okay - it was still definitely a rushed job. my cuticles were so dry after, and I got cut while they were sanding down my nail - no frills, if you don't ask for lotion or anything else they aren't gonna do it second visit - not good at all, would give 0 if I could. The entire experience wasted my time and I could have done a better job at home. - I came in asking for the acrylics (that they'd put on) to be removed, and then just a regular nail polish coat on after - they charged $10 just to quickly peel my acrylics off. The woman literally took an unused/new acrylic to cut the glue and break the nails off. I stopped her and asked if she could soak my nails because everyone knows you're not supposed to peel polish off your nails, especially acrylics with glue. She claimed that she didn't need to because *one* of my nails was close to falling off. I let her continue because they were busy and obviously rushing me and I didn't want to argue. I shouldn't have. Half of them hurt while being removed and even now my nails already feel damaged. - the regular paint coat was a rushed job and chipped when I got to my car (photo 2) Probably because my nails were so flimsy (and they hardly shaped them) after peeling acrylics off. - photo 3 and 4 is from 5 hours later, you can see where my nail is brittle under the polish from them ruining my nails in the acrylics removal."
