"My toes started chipping not even 4 hours after being done and when I went back so they can fix them they had attuide and said that why I should of paid 15 dollars more for the more expensive polish on top of the 80 dollars plus Tip I had already paid"

"I went to get my nails done and my toes they were fine but I saw the service for lashes and I was like oh I’ll try them out then got it done within 30 mins (lashes take 1-2 hrs) I was oh wow nice and quick very pretty the next day they all fell out and made my eye have an infection and I called them to tell them and they don’t do refunds nor half off only fix but why get them fix for it to happen again so I don’t recommend their lashes at all don’t go through the same pain I went through and money, Spent 210 on everything, such a waste and disappointment."

"The nail tech that worked on my nails kept getting up to do waxes for people who were coming in. I'm very understanding and if she would of asked me to wait a moment while she did so I would of been a little more understanding. She stopped twice to get up an continue with someone else's services. She did a rush job on my nails and I'm SO DISAPPOINTED! The acrylic was very lumpy and I didn't like the shape. I requested ballerina and got a mixture of almond an half done ballerina. The polish wasn't evenly distributed on nails. These things I did mention to her during my service and still weren't fixed. It's not fair to the client who pays $75+ to receive halfway service when it should be done correctly. Last picture is what I asked for."
