"My visit to the Family Dollar store#04307 at 305 South Beltline Rd., Irving, TX, was nothing short of a disappointing and frustrating experience. As soon as I entered the store, I encountered an immediate issue when something hanging from the top of the door struck me in the face. Naturally, I alerted the cashier about the situation, expecting a reasonable response. However, the response I received from the cashier was not only unhelpful but downright rude. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the cashier had the audacity to dismiss my concern, stating that "everybody is not that tall." This dismissive attitude is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service one would expect from any establishment. To make matters worse, I sought out the manager, hoping for a more understanding and customer-oriented approach. Unfortunately, the manager's response was equally disappointing. I was informed that the store manager intended for the object to be placed there, completely disregarding the fact that it had just struck me in the face. This incident highlights a significant lack of concern for customer safety and satisfaction within this Family Dollar location. It is essential for any retail establishment to prioritize customer safety and provide respectful customer service. My experience at this store left me not only frustrated but also concerned about the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by the staff and management. I believe that this cashier should be reprimanded and retrained because it’s clear that improvements in both customer service and safety measures are sorely needed at this particular Family Dollar."

NEVER SEEN SUCH RUDE EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY THE MALE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS THERE TODAY SEEM LIKE HE REALLY HATES HIS JOB THAT HE LIKE TO HUFF AND PUFF ABOUT EVERYTHING MAYBE HE NEED TO QUIT OR BE FIRED. DONT CARE IF YOUR HAVING A BAD DAY DO T COME TO WORK WITH YOUR PROBLEMS... JUST MY OPINION BUT YEAH MAYBE HE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED DIDNT GET TO GET HIS NAME BUT WHATEVER..."

"Clean store but the aisles are narrow. And while they have a lot of different items for sale, the available options for items is fairly slim."

"Checked the website to see what time the store closes, it was listed at 10. Called to confirm and the machine stated 10. We arrived at 08:57pm and the women did not let us enter. She stated "we always close at 9pm". 3 minutes to closing time and we were not allowed in. Please note that the store closes at 9pm."
