"Just had manicure. The young lady that did my basic manicure was fabulous. The gentleman that did my mom's, well, not so great. Disappointed in the steps he took. My mom is 95 and this was her special outing. IF I take her back, I will have one of the young ladies do. My mom even noticed the flaws and pointed out to me."

"It took me and my mom 3 and a half hours to get our nails done. Not only did it take forever when the place wasn’t busy, we both have gel polish on our skin, chipped gel (we got our nails done 3 days ago), our toe gel polish is overly thick, both of our nails are uneven and my french tips color is not opaque; also it is uneven! Both of our acrylic nails look bumpy and look like they would need a fill next week. The tech doing my nails didn’t want to cut my nails shorter because he didn’t like that, even after I had explained that I need shorter nails for my job. He also switched out the base color for my French tips because the pink-nude color I had picked “wouldn’t look good”. I already have nails that are loose and we were there less than a week ago. I didn’t even get my design because I was handed off to another tech too, which is perfectly okay. What was not okay, is that I sat there for 30 minutes before I told them to just leave my nails as is. We were almost 3 hours into being there and at the point we wanted to leave. The woman doing my mom’s nails couldn’t do her french tips so she had to tell her to not worry about it 3 times and to just add a glitter coat over the nails because we were ready to leave after 3.5 hours. During this, the nail tech and manager grabbed a random color that was on the desk and said to just do the color she grabbed off the desk on my mom’s nails. My mom had to tell her 3 separate times that is not the color she wanted. The gentleman doing my pedicure made me bleed while cutting my cuticles. When we told the manager that we had been here for almost 3.5 hours her response was: “Do you have somewhere to be?” to which we replied with that it was our birthday and we wanted to do a couple things after. We were annoyed by that because we know nails can take time but we didn’t want to spend 3 and a half hours on our birthday to get lazily done nails that we will need to fix! We’re checking out when she decides to give us $15 dollars off for my mom’s nails having to be redone and changed and also an extra hole punch on a rewards card to “make us come back”. We spent $268 dollars for nails that will need to be fixed at this place which is upsetting because we’ve been here before and have had great experiences here!"

The location is conveniently next to Kohls and has a modern sleek look inside. The seats have so many massage options! I love that they give me drinks when I arrive too. Thank you all for helping me relax and take my time on stressful days!"
