"I recently came by and brought my 4 y/o daughter for a surprise to get a simple nail paint. She was going to be starting school and I wanted it to be a quick, special service. There was one person getting their nails done and another person getting a pedicure. As soon as I came in, I advised my daughter wanted her nails painted and I wanted an eyebrow wax. The lady immediately told me she didn’t have time for my daughter but would take me. Again…salon was nearly empty and my daughter is only 4! It wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. She didn’t ask if we could wait or come back. She immediately turned down my daughter whose feelings got very hurt. Needless to say, I did not come back nor get the service I needed and ended up going down the street where I was provided exceptional service. I was very disappointed with how rude the employee was."
