"Save your money and go somewhere else. The front desk staff is awful, so rude. One of them is nice the rest are so nasty and act like mean girls. 0% a welcoming place. They also do a terrible job on kids, didn’t make it an hour and both my girls nails had completely peeled over. You would think this is a welcoming place for kids, it’s not. They’re rude impatient. They use products that peel. A total waste of money. The man who did my nails was probably the worst nail technician I’ve experienced myself as well. Not worth the money or the hype. The location in Dallas is definitely 100% better, this wasn’t our first BAD experience. I had to call and complain to management the first time because of how poorly we were treated, but gave them another try. Just NO."

"Terrible Customer Service!!! Got a pedicure done here. Louis is the one who did my pedicure for the classic pedicure which includes sugar scrub. He did not use the sugar scrub and also rushed my pedicure. The person I was with lady did started their pedicure before mine and the guy who was doing mine finished the same time as the lady who started before. When it was over I asked if i could get a discount for Louis not using the sugar scrub the front desk lady was respectful and asked the owner. The owner asked the guy if he used the scrub and he says yes and both of them basically said I was lying about him not using the scrub which what do I have to lie for? Horrible service customer is always right and they continued to threaten me about running the cameras as if I was lying. I don’t understand why they couldn’t honor something I know wasn’t provided in the service. I even took a picture of proof that the scrub scrub was not used. This picture is at the end of my pedicure how is there still a whole plate left of product."

"I had an excellent experience in this place! It's been 2 weeks, and my nails look exactly the SAME as the first day. It was Philip who took care of me and did my French manicure. He did it super fast, and we chatted in the meantime. He was super nice! ♥️ Very good experience. I plan to come back :)"

"I’ve basically been coming here since this place opened and have never been completely satisfied with my nails not once. It sits conveniently on my route between work and home which is the only reason I come here. Well that was until I met Crystal. The first time she did my nails she told me it was only her second day working there and I immediately felt hesitant to let her do my nails but I went ahead anyway. I’m glad I did because they were the best set I’ve had. They were perfect actually. She did such an amazing job that I booked with her for a second time (pictures attached) I am extremely pleased with Crystal’s work and will be booking with her from now on. 4 stars for Crystal!!! Would have been 5 stars but the people at the front desk can be a bit rude. Need to work on their customer service skills!!"

"So pretty and awesome service. Went on Monthers Day, made an appointment the night before online and only had a minimal wait. Brought my daughter with me and made a mistake at check in but they didn't make me feel rushed, made sure I got the service I was looking for. Plenty of color selection and my nail tech helped me with a design. Reasonable prices, the aesthetic doesn't diminish the quality or hide anything. Definitely will return."
