"Beautiful place! This Nature Center has lots of things to explore with the kids and for free. "Went several times this year. Beautiful educational center with different interactive activities for littles. Lots of reptiles to visit. They have a pair of sweet rehabilitated (?) screech owls . Great place to observe them. They have posters of insects and birds of prey; so if you homeschool its an excellent place to reinforce the study. They have a playground outside for bigger kids. It is not shaded so bring lots of water. Beautiful and clean trails."

"I love living so close to a nature preserve. Every time we come here is a treat. The center has live animals you can learn and look at and a few interactive displays. They also added a jungle gym but it’s better suited for older kids. Also not far along the trail is a lake which is nice to walk around or fish in."
